In-home personal trainer in the Raleigh area. I offer one-on-one or group personal training inside your home, office, gym, or outdoors. I travel to Raleigh, Cary, Morrisville, Apex, and Durham. Typically I'll lead you through a 1-hour workout that includes a mix of strength, cardio, core, agility, and balance for a total body workout so that we can torch as many calories as possible. We will work out with battle ropes, sand bags, TRX, dumbbells, bands, bosu, etc. It's fun and so much better than waiting for equipment or space at a crowded gym. I aim to improve your health and fitness via mobile personal training.nMy clients range from beginner exerciser to successful athlete. Often they are people who have hit a plateau in their own training and no longer see results. Accountability with a personal trainer helps gain quicker results and I make sure your workouts are never the same. I'm also on Facebook under Swann Fit in Raleigh.
