For 20+ years we've helped Raleigh residents addicted to drugs like opiates, meth, and alcohol and have been getting the best recovery rates with medication assisted (MAT), using Suboxone. We have found that our patients who get MAT and also pursue counseling, support groups, and use a spiritual approach can recover. Our Raleigh rehab (in Wake County) is at 50 Creedmoor Rd., across from Abbotswood at Stonehenge assisted living facility. We offer pain management, for back/neck pain, neuropathy, CPRS, RSD, arthritis, and more. Psychotherapy: we have counselors on staff who are able to address the underlying issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. We service the entire state of North Carolina via telehealth.
