    Tricia has worked in childcare for almost 14 years and has a true passion and dedication for working with children and families. She enjoys being able to provide the tools necessary to get children prepared for Kindergarten and fostering learning at all levels. Tricia began her childcare career as a floating teacher and worked her way up from teaching assistant to teacher to an Assistant Director and then a Director. She knows all about being a teacher and the support needed by the Director to become a great teacher and mentor.

    Ms. Lauren has been in the early childhood field for 12 years. She has made it her life’s mission to advocate for quality early care for young children. She thinks that really great early care is something that tends to fall by the wayside with all the technology that surrounds our lives nowadays. She feels that it is crucial that young children are encouraged to grow into kind and generous human beings. She has worked with all ages from 6 weeks to 12 years, but the bulk of her career was spent working with the North Carolina Pre-K program. She came to the conclusion that she could better serve the children and families in her care from an administrative role. She excited to grow in this role and see where her journey with KinderCare leads her.

    Ms. Karen has been an infant teacher with KinderCare since 2000. Before joining our team, she was a stay at home mother for seven years. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from North Carolina A&T and has obtained her North Carolina Childcare Credentials as well as taken a number of other childcare classes. She enjoys helping children transition through the early years from home to school each day. She finds it rewarding to see children smile as they accomplish each milestone in their lives.

    <p><!--block-->Ms. Crystal is excited about joining the infant classroom here at KinderCare. She is currently enrolled at Wake Technical Community College to obtain her degree in Human Services Technology. Ms. Crystal has a passion for the growth and development of children and has been in the field for more than twelve years.</p>

  • Ms. Carey

    Ms. Carey is currently attending Wake Technical Community College to receive her Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education. She plans to attend North Carolina State University to receive a Bachelor's degree in Education after completing her Associate's degree. She enjoys working with children and feeling their love each day.
