Growing up, Samantha was always interested in educating children and being a part of the foundation that led them to love learning. Doing all the messy projects and crazy fun games was the best part as well as seeing them smiles the children wore on their faces and how good the children retained information when it was taught to them in a fun manner. She'll never forget one of the students she had as the pre- kindergarten teacher. He taught her how to be patient and how to listen by way of observation. Ms. Samantha took what the child taught her and applied it to her career which is what led her to becoming a Center Director. Ms. Samantha feels the best thing about being a Center Director is that she can help teachers understand and appreciate the lessons that children provide them with each day. Teachers aren't just educators but, students too. In her spare time, she enjoys scrap booking. Ms. Catina is originally from Holly Springs, NC. She has been a part of the KinderCare family since 2014. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Mount Olive University in Mount Olive, NC. Her philosophy of teaching is that early childhood is the foundation to a lifetime of learning. She believes children are our future and what we put into them will blossom into great future leaders. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, traveling and cooking.

Ms. Nadia is originally from Egypt. She came to the United States in September of 1990. She joined KinderCare Millbrook in 2012 with a long history of caring for children. She has over 14 years of previous experience. Ms. Nadia has obtained her Bachelor's of Sociology and her Child Development Associate certificate in Early childhood. Nadia believes that interacting with children and providing for their needs is very important to their development. Her philosophy of teaching is the earlier you plant good healthy seeds, the better will be in future. In her spare time, she enjoys shopping, traveling, going to church and socializing with family and friends.

<p><!--block-->Ms. Decola has been at KinderCare since Summer 2016 and she is excited to have a promising career with the company. She is originally from Raleigh, NC and later moved to Dallas, TX to be with family. Decola later moved back to North Carolina where she finished her high school years. Ms. Decola is currently attending Wake Technical Community College. Some of the unique things Ms. Decola does in her classroom is she uses the kids favorite things to do to teach them. Decola philosophy on teaching children are the seeds we plant and in order for them to grow we must nurture them. We must understand that each child is unique and they have their own way of learning and therefore it is essential to stimulate them mentally and physically.</p>
