Advancing my career from nurse to nurse practitioner was driven by my desire to help patients truly understand their care and feel confident in the decisions they make for themselves and their families. I believe healthcare works best as a partnership, and I want every patient to feel supported, informed, and actively involved in their health journey. Grounded in evidence-based practice, my goal is to create a space where patients feel heard, empowered, and encouraged every step of the way, while knowing they have someone genuinely in their corner cheering them on. Women’s health is a special clinical interest of mine, particularly supporting women through perimenopause and menopause. I am committed to making sure the women in my practice feel seen, listened to, and validated during every stage of life. Outside of work, you can usually find me spending time with my husband, our three kids, and our dog. I love traveling, live music, trying new restaurants, and getting my hands dirty in the garden whenever I have free time. And in our house, we cheer loudly and proudly for North Carolina State University — Go Pack!
