I was born and raised on the Jersey Shore but have called North Carolina home since 2009. I have experience providing medical nutrition therapy and nutrition counseling in both inpatient and outpatient settings. My approach centers on making nutrition simple, creating sustainable habits, and helping patients feel confident throughout their health journey. In my free time, I enjoy relaxing with a good movie, playing golf, and spending time with my wife and daughter.
