I chose to become a dietitian because of my lifelong interest in food, cooking, and science, and my desire to help others improve their overall health through sustainable diet and lifestyle changes. My approach to patient care emphasizes finding a realistic balance—supporting individuals in making healthier choices while still enjoying the foods and experiences they love. My areas of clinical interest include weight management, diabetes prevention and management, and heart health. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking with my husband, running, and spending time at the beach.
