Description
Physical therapist, North Carolina native, life-long learner and yogi are a few of many titles that begin to describe me. My interest in physical therapy commenced when I studied human anatomy and sports medicine in high school. I love the overlap between physical therapy, yoga and well-being. My mission is to treat patients through embodiment, curiosity and creativity to cultivate a healing practice that promotes mind-body awareness, dynamic movement, wellness and autonomy. I believe in treating each patient as the unique individual that they are. When I am not performing physical therapy, I can be found teaching yoga, watering houseplants, traveling somewhere warm or playing with my Doberman Pinscher, Zena.
