Description
Being a primary care physician gives the unique opportunity to provide healthcare, education, and support in the context of the whole person. Now more than ever, it is crucial we focus on social determinants of health. I practice evidence-based medicine with the understanding that sometimes less is more. I promote public health initiatives including routine vaccinations, reducing risk of addiction, and sexually transmitted infections (STI) screening. Outside of work, I enjoy going to concerts and movies regularly with my wife. I’m also a big sports fan and follow UNC, Tottenham Hotspur, and the New Orleans Saints.
