I’ve been a PA since 2014. I started in nephrology and transitioned to CT surgery at Rex in 2017. I grew up in a medical family, so I was constantly immersed in medical jargon, which piqued my interest in medicine. I liked the flexibility of the PA profession and how it allowed for a healthy work-life balance. Moreover, as a PA, I can dedicate more time to sitting with patients, providing thorough education, and addressing their concerns in detail.
