I became a doctor because I enjoy helping people achieve the best health possible. I also enjoyed being a lifelong learner - learning about the impact of disease on the body, and also learning from my patients. My philosophy of care is care for your body will bring positive change in the ultimate health outcome - consistency is key. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I also enjoy Latin cardio and Pure Barre. I am learning how to speak Spanish.
